White Water Rafting Cancellation Policy
North Woods Rafting requires full payment at time of booking, if trip is cancelled by customer more than one week prior to their scheduled trip 50% refund will be issued to the customer. If the trip is cancelled within a week of the scheduled trip, North Woods Rafting will not issue a refund. We do our best to work with you, we will try to reschedule before we cancel and understand that unexpected things happen.
North Woods Rafting does not issue refunds for no-shows or trips cancelled by the customer due to weather. We operate rain or shine. North Woods Rafting reserves the right to cancel any trip due to extreme circumstances, at this time a full refund will be issued.
**Unless you hear from us that your trip has been cancelled, please plan to arrive for your reserved check-in time.

This will get you to an outfitter called Northern Waters (THIS IS NOT US, PLEASE DO NOT CHECK IN WITH THEM). You will PARK ACROSS THE STREET at the public boat launch and we will be down to meet you at your scheduled check-in time. Below is a photo of the parking lot for reference. What to Bring (White Water Rafting)
-Bathing suit or clothes you dont mind getting wet.
*cotton fabrics will hold the cold more, we recommend avoiding these if possible (no jeans)
-CLOSED-TOE Shoes (water shoes, sneakers, closed-toe sandals that strap on the heel).
*lots of rocks in the river, we ask that the shoes can be secured to your feet and cover the toes. Please no heavy footwear like workboots, they will make you sink if you go in the water.
-Dry clothes and shoes to change into after your trip.
-Water and food will be provided, but you may bring snacks for between or after your trip if you would like. They will not be going with you in the raft however.
You will not be bringing anything in the raft with you, we will ask you to leave all valuables and belongings in your vehicles during your trip.
